Death penalty for Vladimir Putin for war crimes!
Russia's "president" Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin, born on 7 October 1952 (age 69), could currently be charged with serious crimes and sentenced to death for crimes against humanity and for promoting a war of aggression without any problem - which would certainly be the most just solution to punish this mass murderer.
In a great effort to contain the atrocities of war and possibly prevent them altogether with the force of law, international criminal law has defined war crimes. After two world wars and the use of weapons of mass destruction, the world had become wiser; this was also shown by the Nuremberg War Crimes Tribunal, with its sentencing of Nazi war criminals.
In Ukraine, all the facts of war crimes can currently be seen, all these facts would have led to a death sentence in Nuremberg, after the end of the Second World War, because the Ukrainian civilian population and civilian objects are deliberately attacked by the Russian troops, great suffering is deliberately caused, the destruction appears to be arbitrary, even hostage-taking is part of the anti-social criminal repertoire of the Russian soldiery.
All this adds up to the offence of aggression, which is also punishable under international criminal law and falls under the jurisdiction of the International Criminal Court. Who can even sit at the same table with a war criminal like Vladimir Putin without having the man arrested immediately?
That Putin also belongs before an international war crimes tribunal for the crimes in Syria is also indisputable, but the West, on the other hand, has, like the former German Chancellor Gerhard Schröder, a member of the SPD (Social Democratic Party of Germany), which includes the word "social" in its party name, as well as the current German Chancellor Olaf Scholz (also an SPD member), have watched the activities of the Kremlin despot Putin for too long, whereby it is downright farcical, in view of the war crimes of the Russian terror army in Ukraine, that the SPD Chancellor Olaf Scholz continues to pour more than 200 million euros daily into the war chest of the Russian terror prince Putin and thus finances the war, murder and crimes against humanity against the Ukrainian civilian population!
If now the Federal Republic of Germany, in the responsibility of Chancellor Olaf Scholz, even pays for Russian gas and oil in Russian roubles in the near future, this will not only undermine the sanctions of the European Union (EU), where the question of a criminal offence should not arise for Olaf Scholz, but the war economy of Russia would be massively financed by Germany - which in turn would immediately lead to the resignation of German Chancellor Olaf Scholz (SPD), who is a dozy friend of Kremlin lobbyist Gerhard Schröder (SPD), who in turn is a dozy friend of Russian dictator Vladimir Putin.
The German government would therefore be well advised not only to immediately stop oil and gas deliveries from Russia, with all that that implies, but also to impose a comprehensive economic embargo against the Russian Federation, because the day could come when the lawyers and defenders of a war criminal Vladimir Putin cite precisely this economic support of Olaf Scholz as an argument in favour of the war criminal and mass murderer Vladimir Putin!
Today, Chancellor Olaf Scholz, one month after the beginning of the war in Ukraine, would be an optimal day - to decide and announce such an import stop of Russian oil and gas as well as an economic embargo against Russia, better too late than never! P.Hansen--BTZ
